I have a pull behind car dolly and want the highest rated tire in 13 inch ?

Hi Roger; Load Range D is the highest on a 13" tire. Since it is a car dolly I recommend a radial tire like the Kenda Karrier ST185/80R13 # AM10208. This fits 13" x 4-1/2", 13" x 5", and 13" x 5-1/2" rims with a max load of 1,710 lbs at 65 psi.
