I have a Gator hard cover on my F150, will this fit?

The TS Rails for TruXedo Elevate Rack System # TH85FR would most likely work as long as your Gator's rails sit inside the bedrails instead of resting on top of them. You can see from the picture below how the rails will sit with an inside the bedrails mounting-style cover.
