Hello Ollie,
I can tell you how to find the right replacement hub and brakes for your 2022 Forest River Salem FSX 178BHSK but am unable to give you any part numbers as we have no way of knowing what hub and brakes are on your trailer. So in order to find the correct hubs you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them.
If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper and measure your spindle where the bearings ride, like in the diagram I added below. So for example, if your bearings are L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) and L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) you would use the Dexter Trailer Hub & Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles # 84546UC3-EZ.
I have added a link below to our entire selection of hubs which you can filter through once you find this info. As for brake shoes, you just need to know the diameter of your drum and the brakes you have. For example, if you have 10" Dexter Nev-R-Adjust brakes the right shoes are the Replacement Brake Shoes for Dexter 10" Nev-R-Adjust Electric Brake - Right Hand - 3,500 lbs # K71-682. I've also linked our selection of brake shoes for you.
