Yes, it can! To add a 2" hitch ball to the Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Ball item # C45910-15-20 you'll need the Replacement Hitch Ball for Curt Pintle Hook Combo item # C48820. This is the only way to add a 2" hitch ball you can't buy one with it.

If you are wanting an 2" hitch ball on a adjustable ball mount with a pintle hook you'll need the B&W Tow & Stow Pintle Hook item # BWTS10055.
