How Long Is The Taylor Made Mooring Buoy Rod 36933018?

Question:
I am interested in your18 buoy rod for my rusted out rod. Is the rod itself 18 excluding the loops at both ends?

You are correct, Alan. The Taylor Made Mooring Buoy Rod # 36933018 is 18" long not including the loops on each end. I made a diagram to help illustrate. Both loops are 4" so the overall length is more like 26".
