I am towing a 16ft Scamp travel trailer with about 160lbs of tongue weight. Would any on your anti rattle hitch pin accessories work with this set up?

As long as your ball mount is hollow, you could use the Let's Go Aero Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock, # 63232. This anti-rattle hitch pin comes with a barrel-style lock and two keys and fits most 2 inch trailer hitch receivers. This pin will not fit some factory 2 inch trailer hitches that have an outside width wider than 2-5/8 inches. If a longer pin length is needed, you can use part # SHP2040-XL.

If your ball mount is not hollow, then you could use the Trailer Hitch Wedge, # MPG908. As the title indicates, this item wedges itself between the ball mount and receiver to eliminate movement. I have attached a review video of this as well.
