No, it will not but I have something that does. You'll want to use the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches item # 16310. This will drop right down into your Turnoverball's square receiver and give you a base with industry standard rails.
The brackets for the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit item # C16424-104 install in the same place as the brackets for the B&W Turnoverball item # BWGNRK1111.
