Hi Kurt; for your 2020 Sierra 3500 we have the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C52NR. A class rating typically isn't thrown onto a front hitch but this has a 5,000 lb gross trailer weight rating with a 9,000 lb line pull and 500 lb vertical load rating. Those capacities exceed most Class III hitches so I would imagine this can handle whatever you need it to do.
