Hello Barry, thanks for reaching out. We do offer one hub that uses the 1-3/8" # L68149 inner bearing and the 1.25" # LM67048 outer bearing. We have the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-407-5UC3-EZ. This hub is made for a 4,400 lb axle and has the standard 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. This is designed to work with the 10" brake assemblies such as part # AKEBRK-35-SA
