Would this fit a 2023 Entegra Esteem? It is on a E450 frame.

The Steel Dual Wheel with Offset - 16" x 6" Rim - 8 on 6.5 - 4.77" Pilot - Silver # AM83NR is indeed a fit for your 2023 Entegra Esteem on E450 chassis as long as it is a dually (dual rear wheel) vehicle, which I believe it is. Ford's site says dual real option uses 16"x6" with 8 on 6-1/2 and single rear wheel option uses 16"x7" with 8 on 6-1/2 pattern.
