Hey Terry, I did some research and it does look like the OEM wheels on your 2005 Ford were 16" x 6" with a 8 on 6.5" bolt pattern so the Steel Dual Wheel with Offset # AM83NR should work but I didn't see anything about the offset so I'd recommend sticking with a 0 offset like # AM20794.
