Michael, there are things available for your 72' Firebird but none of it is custom. For a trailer hitch you can use the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # C13702 for frames that are 18" to 51", or the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703 for frames that are 22" to 72" wide.
For wiring, you can use the Curt Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C47NR.
Finally for a ball mount you can use the Draw-Tite Ball Mount w/ 2" Ball for 2" Hitches # DT49MR which will work with either of these hitches and has a 7,500 lb weight capacity.
