Is the regulator bad if it is leaking propane out of the little weep hole on the regulator?

If your Regulator # 37207-30365 is leaking propane from the weep hole this means the diaphragm inside the regulator is damaged an you should replace it immediately. The weep hole is there to let any moisture out which can get inside the regulator on the opposite side of the propane.
