Can I Connect A Portable Grill To The Propane Manifold On My 19 KZ Connect C303RL
Updated 02/03/2026 | Published 07/09/2024 >
Question:
Good afternoon. I have a 19 KZ Connect C303RL. It does not have a quick connect for a grill. Is there a way I can tap in to or do you have something simple that I can do so I dont have to lug an extra tank around? I would love to run a line to side of camper if possible. Thanks for your help. John Martin

Hello John, thanks for reaching out. Portable grills are intended to be used with their own propane tank, so there is no way to connect a grill to the manifold on your RV. The propane coming from your RV is already regulated, and the grill has its own built-in regulator. So this would double regulate the propane which will not allow the grill to work properly. Your best option for this will be to carry a separate propane tank for the grill.
If space is tight, you can always use a small refillable tank like the Ignik Gas Growler Deluxe Refillable Propane Tank # GN64FR which is a refillable 5 gallon tank.

Hey John, how did things go with using a separate propane tank for your grill on the KZ Connect? Your update could make it easier for others trying to avoid carrying a full-size tank.
