Is this particular hitch compatible on a truck with a regular tailgate and not the MulitPro tailgate? 2002 Silverado.

Hey Jason, the B and W Tow N Stow part # BW64FR that was designed to be compatible with the MultiPro tailgate of the newer GM trucks can also work on a vehicle that does not have that tailgate so if you like this one it will still work.
Otherwise we have the part # BWTS10038B which is similar but not specifically designed for the Multipro tailgate.
