Sway Bar for 2022 Ford F-350 King Ranch Towing Trailer On and Off-Road

Question:
Hello. I have a 2022 Ford F-350 King Ranch with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine. The truck has 20-inch tires, and I have Air Lift 5000’s installed on the back. I’ve attached a photo the truck and camper combined weigh roughly 12,000 pounds. I notice slight side-to-side sway in a cross wind, or when being passed by large vehicles. I travel across the US, including mountains, and also off-road. You have many options for sway bars. Which do you recommend for my circumstance? Thank you. Eric

Hi Eric; I didn't get your picture but I can still help you out. Since it sounds like you're towing over a wide variety of different terrain/conditions I would get the Hellwig Adjustable Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE94FR you were looking at. The key here is that it is adjustable. Since you can choose the level of stiffness you can get it set just right for your application.
I'm not sure what you mean by off-road, but if you're doing some extreme off-roading without the trailer you will likely want to pull the sway bar since it limits articulation. I think there are some quick disconnects out there to make this easier but it isn't something we carry.
