Is There a Plug-In Wiring Harness For Flat Towing 2012 GMC Sierra 150

Question:
Does anyone make a plug and play wiring harness for a 2012 GMC sierra 1500 for the tail lights for flat towing. All the ones I see you have to cut the wire and put in the diodes. I really dont like cutting the wire
