Hello Mike. Yes, the Saris Bones 2 Trunk Bike Rack # SAR83FR will indeed fit your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Just keep in mind that you cannot open the trunk or operate the rear wiper with the rack installed. Also, you will need the Hatch Huggers # SA3035 to replace the side straps.
