Will The Ball on the Andersen Rapid Hitch Come Out With Internal Pin Stuck In Platform?

The ball has a slight movement and I tried to take out the pin inside that releases the balls and it’s too tight. It will not come out. is there any chance that ball would come out if that heck screw in?
