Hey, I have a 2013 Kia Soul and I am looking to install a bike rack/hitch combination that will hold two ebikes weighing about 150lbs combined. What would be the best option in order to do so?

The best combo I have for your 2013 Kia Soul is going to be the Curt Hitch item # C11110 and the Thule Epos Bike Rack item # TH99XE.
The Curt Hitch item # C11110 is custom fit for your 2013 Kia Soul and bolts to it with included hardware. It is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver and it is the only option. This class I capability really limits your options for bike racks.
The Thule Epos Bike Rack item # TH99XE fits both class I and II 1-1/4" hitches along with class III 2" hitches. It weighs only 38 lbs and has a combined capacity of 140 lbs. This is just shy of the 150 lbs you were looking for but it is the best available option for your Kia Soul and it's lower weight capacity.
