Hey, I have a 2013 Kia Soul and I am looking to install a bike rack/hitch combination that will hold two ebikes weighing about 150lbs combined. What would be the best option in order to do so?

The best combo I have for your 2013 Kia Soul is going to be the Curt Hitch item # C11110 and the Thule Epos Bike Rack item # TH99XE.
The Curt Hitch item # C11110 is custom fit for your 2013 Kia Soul and bolts to it with included hardware. It is a class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver and it is the only option. This class I capability really limits your options for bike racks.
The Thule Epos Bike Rack item # TH99XE fits both class I and II 1-1/4" hitches along with class III 2" hitches. It weighs only 38 lbs and has a combined capacity of 140 lbs.
