Hey Chris,
Replacing the broken gears in your HappiJac 4500-series camper jacks with part # LC182851 is going to be fairly simple. You'll have to remove the motor head to get to the gears. If you're somewhat handy you could complete this at home in an hour or two instead of paying someone to do it.
