Question:

I have a 2023 ram 1500 4x4 5.7l. I have a camper and also a blue ox wd hitch attached. I still have quite a lot of sag. Was looking to see what I can do. It almost feels like Im floating while driving. Thank you

Hello Robert. For your 2023 Ram 1500 4x4 5.7L I recommend adding an air bag kit to take care of the sagging. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88375 is the best option for your truck. These are 5,000 lb rated air springs. These will take care of virtually all of the sagging which will reduce sway while improving handling and braking. The adjustability of the air bags will allow you to fine-tune your suspension to where the ride will be much more comfortable and stable. Keep in mind that a bit of drilling will be required for installation. I have linked an installation video for you below.

@Robert Timbrens will help also yes. They do not have the adjustability of air bags, but they do a great job supporting the rear of the vehicle while towing. The only downside of Timbrens is sometimes they can create a rough ride when you are not towing.
