Does the this hitch have room for a set of Rock Tamer mud flaps to be mounted?

Hi Dave; the answer to your question depends on your receiver. The Rock Tamers # ERT00108 require 1" of clearance between the back of the ball mount face and the trailer hitch receiver opening. The distance from the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the ball mount on the # C83WR is 3". As long as the distance from the center of your hitch pin hole to the face of the receiver is 2" or less this will work for you.
