Hey Estaban, thanks for reaching out!

It sounds like you're needing either the 20-3/8" Long # e84SR or the 26" Long # e77SR which are both double eye springs rated for a 2,000 lb trailer axle. You'll need to measure the center eye to center eye distance of your current leaf spring when it's unloaded (the weight of the trailer lifted off of it as well) to make sure you get the correct length.

I'm not seeing an order from you with us here at etrailer.com, but if you can get me your order number or the email address you used to place the order I can check again and have our customer service team reach out to help you (if the order is with us).

Hey Estaban, were you able to measure the eye-to-eye length on your trailer springs to confirm which size fits best? Knowing what you found could help others who need to upgrade from 1,000‑lb to 2,000‑lb springs. Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same issue.
