Hello Jerry. It sounds like you are on the right track with the # e22YR double eye spring. If the old springs are measuring 26.3" when not under a load, this will be exactly the right spring. It has 3/8" thick leaves and the spring is 1-3/4" wide. As long as the 4,000 lb axle capacity (2,000 lbs per spring) is suitable for your axle.

Hey Jerry, how did the fit turn out with the 4-leaf double-eye spring on your E-Z Loader trailer? It sounds like the specs lined up well with your old setup. Sharing how it worked could help others with older trailers like yours.
