Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch for a 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 W/ OEM Pucks

I have a 2024 GMC 3500 DMax with the standard bed and am purchasing a Grand Design Solitude 310 GK fifth wheel. Due to the reduced weight of the hitch and removing it my strong preference is a fixed hitch. Is this possible with the BandW BWRVK37110 hitch or this another hitch you would recommend? Thank You, Scott

You can use a fixed hitch like the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3710 with your standard bed GMC Sierra, but you'd need to use a rotating pin box along with it like # RP34FR due to the limited turning clearance.
If you didn't want to use a rotating pin box then you'd have to use a sliding hitch like the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3775.
You'd also likely still need help removing the hitch with either option since the Companion # BWRVK3710 weighs over 150 lbs, and the Companion # BWRVK3775 weighs 250 lbs.
