I am pretty sure this will fix my 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 HD Crew Cab 6 1/2 V8, Turbo Diesel, 6.6 Liter the BandW Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 25,000 lbs BWRVK3715

Hey Zach. So long as your 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 has the factory puck system in the bed, the 25,000 lbs B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch item # BWRVK3715 will indeed fit. This hitch is designed to drop right down into the four built in pucks that are mounted above the rear axle.
We also have the 20,000 lbs B&W Companion item # BWRVK3710 if you don't need the higher capacity hitch. Along with the B&W Companion Slider item # BWRVK3775, which is recommended for turning clearance on short bed trucks like yours.
Does your Sierra have the factory puck system?
