Replacement Gear Kit For a Fulton XP10 Trailer Jack

Updated 06/12/2024 | Published 06/05/2024

Question:

I have a Fulton 1200 lb side wind, 10inch lift, 6inch wheel, Marine Jack on my Ranger Trail boat trailer. There is a plate welded on the trailer and the Jack bolts onto it. I think the gears, pins, washer, and handle guide plates, were stolen from the Jack while I was at a boat landing. When I returned home and went to use it the handle spun freely. I opened it up and the only thing inside was a piece of broken gear. I purchased a 0933306S00 Replacement Part Service Kit Bevel to repair it. It came with instructions, but none of them refer to the parts that I need to install. Can you tell me exactly how the parts go in? Speciffically which roll pin goes where, and where does the washer go? Can you also tell me what the difference is between a 0933306S00 and a 0933302S00 Service kit?

Just to begin the Replacement Bevel Gear Kit # F0933306S00 you have is for the Fulton XP15 series jacks. Your 1,200lb jack is the XP10 series so you actually need the Replacement Bevel Gear Kit # F0933302S00. While both the gears in this kit are going to fit a 1/2" shaft the gear with flat bottom goes on the vertical shaft with the washer going on first and then the short roll pin in the hole on the shaft. Then you will set on the gear with the flat bottom and notch for the roll pin. The other gear, long roll pin and handle bushing go onto the handle shaft.
