For your Fulton F2 Swing-Up Trailer Jack, Dual 7" Wheels, Sidewind, Bolt-On - 1,600 lbs # F1413020134 part number 9 you referenced is not a replacement option. The outer tube components are not replaceable according to my contact at Fulton. That part only comes with the complete assembly so you will need a new jack if that is a damaged part.

I need the wheels, item 38. Everything I find is 9” wheels.

@BrandonA We have two options to replace the wheels on a Fulton F2 swing-up jack. The Replacement Wide-Track Wheel for Fulton F2 Swing-Up Jacks item # F500131 has a 8" diameter and is 3" wide. The Replacement Twin Track Wheel Kit for Fulton F2 Swing-Up Jacks item # F500130 includes 2 7" wheels and the necessary mounting hardware.
