Replacement Gears for 1,200 lb Fulton Swivel Jack

Question:

I need to replace the beveled gears in what I think is a Fulton 1200 lb swivel jack. It was manufactured around 2012 and it came on my Aluma trailer. It has a 2 tube and the most distinctive part is a type of split ring wire that keeps the pin on place. I doubt you will be able to tell me what kit I need from that description alone but if you o out give n me there gb can you tell me what repair kit I need to purchase? If you give me a way to upload pictures I can definitely share some with you. Thank you.

Hi James; based on the information you have provided the only option we carry that might work is the Replacement Bevel Gear Kit for Fulton Jacks - 800 - 1,200 lbs # F0933302S00. You can compare what you have now to the attached picture with measurements. It is possible there are no longer replacement gears available which would mean you need a complete replacement like the # FTJ120W0301.

What kind of Aluma trailer do you have?

Hey James, did the bevel gear kit end up matching your Fulton jack on the Aluma trailer? Your update could make it easier for others trying to repair a similar setup.

@RobinH This worked for 1.2K jack. My gears had a wire retaining ring. This replacement uses a different pin and the wire is no longer needed. This new style works better.
