Ive got a 1999 JeepWrangler tj model I have a 4.5inch suspension lift and I am wondering what kind of rear spring helper is best to prevent sagging and overall performance

Hey Kevin, you would want the Timbren kit part # TJFTJ which is a confirmed fit for your 1999 Jeep Wrangler TJ and then since you have a lift you'd need 8 of the part # A25723-90AH00 and two of the part # TA25722-90P00.
