How Many Wires Does The MaxxAir MaxxFan Mini Plus Have To Wire In

Maxxfan mini plus MA00-03801. Does it have only two wires. One for power and one for ground. Does the power wire operate both the fan and the light. The reason Im asking is because I have this same fan in my motorhome without the light and the hood is cracked. So I was going to replace what I have with this one. Thank you, Wayne

Hey Wayne,
Yes, the MaxxFan Mini Plus Manual RV Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-03801 does have just a black power wire and white ground wire. You'll want to pick up some buytl tape # AL28FJ and self-leveling sealant # 34427034145-1 to waterproof the vent. I've attached an installation video below where I'll walk you through the process.
