Will the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Universal Spare Tire Carrier accommodate an 8 lug dualie type wheel that is on a Ford E450 Super Duty?

According to my Draw-Tite representative, the # 6715 spare tire carrier should work with your 8-lug wheel as long as it doesn't weigh above 100 lbs.
