Installed New Circuit Board and Control Panel On MaxxAir MaxxFan and Lid Will Not Open

I’m having a problem. I put the new circuit board in along with the new panel. The fan works but the vent doesn’t open. It just makes a beeping sound. Please let me know what I can do.

Expert Reply:
It sounds like your Lift Motor # MA10-20270 or Operator Mechanism # MA10-20281K-1AF may be faulty. If you remove the motor from the operator mechanism you will be able to test and see if the motor turns when disconnected or if you can manually operate the mechanism to get it to open.

Shouldn’t I be able to operate the motor by hand
