To find the right bearings and seals you need to identify your axle or measure. The axle tag typically has the capacity listed on it which could be used to find the right bearings. If you have the serial number from the tag the manufacturer could also tell you the correct bearings and seals.
If you can't get the information off of the axle tag you will need to pull the hubs and look at the bearings and seal. If the part number is stamped into the side you can use that to find a replacement. If not, you will have to measure the inner diameter or the spindle where the bearings ride with a digital caliper # PTW80157. See the diagram below.
Once you have the measurements or part numbers you can use the link I attached with all of our available bearings. These can be filtered by axle capacity, inner diameter, and bearing part number.
