Will these help stiffen the leaf springs? Just a empty trailer and it sags bad. 2005 chevy 2500hd

Hey Frank, yes the Roadactive Suspension Kits like the part # RAS3611-HD that fits your 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 do provide additional suspension support to the rear leaf springs so it will do a great job getting rid of the suspension sag you are experiencing when towing your trailer.
