Do you have any other dual wheel trailer jacks that retract this low, or lower?

Hello Molly. As far as the dual wheel trailer jacks go, out best option for low retracted height is the Ark Xtreme Off-Road Swivel Trailer Jack # ORJW350D. This has a very sturdy dual wheel setup and the retracted height is only 9-1/2". The Ark jacks are super solid and easy to maneuver. Just Keep in mind that this jack has a lift capacity of 770 lbs so you will want to be sure that your trailer does not exceed this rating.
