Can a Trailer Wheel with Smaller Center Pilot Hole be Used than Stock Wheel with Larger Pilot Hole

Question:
Can I replace a trailer wheel that has a 3.25inch center bore with a 3.19inch center bore? Has 1/2inch x 20 lug nuts.

On a wheel that attaches to the hub using lug nuts, the center pilot hole of the wheel does not have to be an exact size. As long as it will still fit over the center of he hub like it is supposed to you can use the smaller size because the wheel centers on the hub using the lug nuts.
