Hey Adam, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say that we do not offer a U-bolt that fits your specifications. We currently offer only one 1-3/4" wide square U-bolt, part # 175130. This has a 9/16" diameter and is 5" long. So, a good bit larger than what you are looking for, but this will be our closest option. I suggest that you try a local hardware supply store. That or find a way to make it work with slightly larger U-bolts.
