Bike Rack & Hitch For E-Pro Travel Trailer

Question:

Id like to get a bike rack for the back of our E-PRO RV TRAILER. What would you recommend? The Lippert Jack-it tongue type bike rack we have is too short for the GMC truck we have and will crush the trailer, truck, or bikes.

Hi Teri,

We can get you a bike rack for your E-Pro travel trailer, but first you'll need a hitch (assuming one is not already on the camper). For that you'll need the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703.

This can be welded or bolted onto your trailer and gives you a 2" hitch for a rack. The rack does need to be travel-trailer approved, and for that use the Swagman Nomad Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # S36FR.

What I like about the Nomad is it's 8" rise so you're getting plenty of ground clearance to keep the rack and your bikes safe. It is also relatively light at just 36 lbs so it's easy to handle.
