Can I use this with the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank Item EQ90-02-4600 I want to use it with a 2inch hitch instead of 2 1/2inch and I need the extension to clear a slide in camper.

Yes, you can absolutely use the 2" Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Shank # EQ90-02-4600 with the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution # BXW2000.
The hole spacing on the Equal-i-zer shank is the same as the Blue Ox shank which is why they are interchangeable.
