Which fuses operate the trailer brake controller on a 2014 Ford F250 diesel?

Hey Mike. According to the2014 Ford F-250 diesel fuse chart I found online, the # 31 fuse is for Trailer brake Controller (brake signal), customer access. The # 35 fuse is for the Trailer brake control module. They will both be 5amp mini fuses.
