Is there a LED EQUIVALENT FOR BOTH THE RED AND AMBER LIGHTS? I’m looking for them with a black base and two wires in the center of the base.

The closest comparable red and amber LED option is the Optronics Thinline LED Trailer Fender Light w/ Bracket Amber/Red Lens item # MCL67ARB. It measures 4-1/16" long x 1-1/4" tall x 1-1/8" thick. You would run the power wire from your trailer to the light and the ground wire would be ran to the hardware attaching the base to your trailer.
