Question:

Is the Thule Epos 3-bike Rack compatible with a class-A RV usage? I have a 2004 Newmar Mountain Aire 37 model.

Hi Mark,

There is a 3-bike rack that is rated for use on a motorhome, but the Thule Epos # TH69XE is not, which I verified with Thule for you. Since the Epos has a higher weight capacity I do assume you are looking to carry ebikes, and there's one option for you:

- Saris MHS DUO Bike Rack for 3 Bikes # SAR35MR

The # SAR35MR can carry three bikes, with the two spots on the rack closest to the vehicle both being able to hold up to 80 lbs per bike. The spot on the rack furthest from the vehicle can hold a bike that weighs up to 35 lbs. It also has locks (which are keyed alike) so your bikes are going to be safe while on the rack, and the rack is going to be safe while in the hitch.
