The RV hitches are fairly universal so I can give you some options and you can decide based on dimensions and the style you want. For a frame mounted hitch you will need to know the frame width of your RV. The Curt # C13701 fits frames 18" to 51" wide and the # 13703 fits frames 22" to 72" wide.

You could also choose to go with a bumper mount hitch. The Curt # E-100 fits a 4" x 4" bumper and the # C19101 fits a 2" x 4" bumper. You will also need to find the capacity of your RV/bumper before towing or carrying accessories. You will be limited by this capacity or the capacity of the hitch, whichever is lower.

@Stefan you can send pictures by responding to the email from this comment or the original question link. Since it is on an F-350 cab and chassis you can use the Curt Class IV # C14048 or Class V # C15845 which are custom-fit hitches with a bolt-on installation for a replacement.
