Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2 Hitches - Frame Mount Item HLY64FR Can this rack be used on elec. bikes, the step through model, with no upper bar?. Can this be used on the back of a travel trailer? if supported properly? thanks

Hey there Ron; the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY64FR can indeed hold step-thru electric bikes without using any type of adapter bar. It has clamps that slide instead of hooks which is why it can do that. However, the # HLY64FR cannot be used on a travel trailer.
If you don't want to use an adapter bar the only option for a travel-trailer approved ebike rack that will work is the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric FAT PRO Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # LGA77FR.
This will work with bikes up to 75 lbs each, and with tires between 2-3/4" and 4" wide.

Hi Kyle, I'm trying to understand these racks. Are you saying the HYL64FR ( hollywood RV Rider), can be used with e bikes ( step through), on a travel trailer if you use the adapter bar option only? I thought this rack attaches to the seat post or frame.? Is the swagman e-spec S94FR approved for travel trailers?, can it hold e bikes ( step through ), with the J hooks.? Which do you recommend? Thanks Ron
