Hi Wayne,
The TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension for SuperHitch Trailer Hitch Receivers # TLE1536 is designed only to be used with TorkLift SuperHitch trailer hitch receivers and would not be a fit with the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-623. You would need the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLF1002 on your 2015 F-350 in order to use the # TLE1536.
