Recommended High Low Adapter to Allow Tailgate to Open While Towing Micro Minnie Winnie

Question:
Greetings Just bought an F150 to tow our Micro Minnie Winnie. Wondering if you can recommend a hitch shank that will allow us to open the tailgate when the trailer is attached to the truck. 2023 Ford F-150 2021 Micro Minnie Winnie 2108DS Thanks, Dan

Dan, I would need to know how much room you need to be able to open the tailgate with the trailer attached but you could theoretically use the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars # RM-048-8 which would lower your receiver 8" likely giving you the clearance needed to drop the tailgate.
