I have a trailer with 7.5-10 tires on it, the tires I have now are not for highway use. Do you have something that would fit and I can use on a highway?

I am sorry I don't have any tires that are going to fit your rim. I do have a couple of comparable size tires that come in a wheel tire combo. I have listed the two below along with their lug patterns.
