High Speed Rated Trailer Tire in Size 205/65-10

Question:
What does it mean when a tire does NOT have a speed rating. I have a trailer with tires that have Carlisle Sport Trail LH Bias Trailer Tire - 4.80-12 LRC. I will be using this trailer at about 75 about 1500lbs of the rated load for the tires and taking it on 300 mile trips where the speed limit in the freeway is 80 MPH most of the way. How can I know how fast I can safely drive if there isnt a speed rating? Id like to buy tires that I can safely get to 80 MPH maybe even 85 if possible. I am considering Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10inch White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range E - AM3H480. It is probably overkill but these tires are very affordable and come with new rims which I would like. I would rather have overkill than worry about blowouts in the middle of no where. It also gives me the ability to add more weight to the trailer later if I needed. Thanks.

If you can't find a speed rating on a tire it's a safe assumption it's limited to 65 mph as that was once the standard speed limit for trailer tires. The Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" White Wheel # AM3H480 that you referenced is rated for up to 87 mph though so this would be a great higher speed option for your trailer.
